30-day return window for most products
Full refund for unopened items in original packaging
Store credit or exchange for opened items (excluding food)
Free return shipping on defective items
Pet food and treats cannot be returned once opened due to safety reasons. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.

We'll provide a prepaid return label for eligible exchanges
